She's made with organic coconut and toasted almonds to make a crunchy, yet gooey center and is all wrapped up in bacon, of course, then dipped in our rich dark chocolate and decorated with thin coconut shreds. Coraline has fast become one of my favorite bacon truffles. You'll probable catch me sneaking tastes of this drool-worthy center while I think no one is watching.
